About Our Services
Our practice
encompasses all aspects of chiropractic, including preventative,
accident/injury, children, workers compensation and family plans. If specialized treatment is indicated beyond
our scope of services, we will refer you to a specialist.
You are important
to us and our first concern is for you, our patients. We will listen to your needs and desires, and
treat you as an individual with concern for your spinal health, as well as your
general well-being. Our entire staff is
gentle, caring and understanding, and will do everything possible to make your
association with us an exceptional
chiropractic experience.
We are prevention
oriented and will do all we can to educate you in preventative measures to
ensure good spinal health.

Next
you will receive a thorough examination
And
if necessary X-rays may be used in order to thoroughly evaluate your
condition. The doctor will be able to
determine if you have arthritis, disc degeneration, pathologies or a condition
that may be contradictory to treatment.
After
the doctor has studied your history, exam and x-rays, he will meet with you to
discuss the recommended course of chiropractic care.
Your
treatment program will be specifically designed to your needs using safe and
effective spinal adjustments, physical therapy, exercise and massage therapy.
If you have
chiropractic benefits insurance, as a courtesy to you we will bill your
insurance if you provide us the necessary information prior to beginning
treatment. It is important to
understand, however, that fees for chiropractic treatment are always the
responsibility of the patient. As
closely as can be determined, the portion not covered by insurance is to be
paid at the time of service. When
payment is received by the insurance company, any overpayment will be refunded
to you; likewise, you will be notified if there is any balance due. Please be aware that it is your
responsibility to keep track of your remaining benefits for the year under your
plan.
We hope this
answers any questions you have about financial options, payments and
insurance. If you have others, please
feel free to ask. We consider it a
privilege to serve you.
About Your Appointments
We see all patients
on an appointment basis and allow enough time for the best possible care. All your appointment times are reserved
exclusively for you. We respect your
time and make every effort to stay on schedule, and we ask that you extend the
same courtesy to us, and the patients who follow you, by arriving on time.
Part of prevention
involves regular spinal checkups. Most
patients schedule their next check-up before leaving the office to make sure
they don’t forget, and to get the appointment times most conducive to their
schedules.
If you are unable
to keep your appointment, please call us at least 48 hours in advance so we may
reserve that time for another patient. Less notice may result in a charge of loss of time.
